What services are included in the membership?
The membership includes all the services listed in the Branding, Web Design & Development, and Strategy table in teh Services section. This covers everything from logo design and brand identity to Webflow development, UI/UX strategy, and more.
If you have a specific request that isn’t listed, feel free to ask—I’m always open to delivering custom design solutions tailored to your needs!
How many design requests can I submit?
You can submit as many requests as you'd like, but I work on them one at a time to ensure quality. Once a design is completed, I move on to your next request.
What’s the turnaround time for a design?
Most designs are delivered within 2-4 days, and smaller tasks can often be completed the same day. Larger or more complex projects may take longer, depending on the scope.
If your request requires highly specialized work, I'll let you know and can provide a referral if needed.
Can I request revisions?
Yes, revisions are always welcome! My goal is to ensure you’re fully satisfied with the final design. I’ll work with you to fine-tune any changes until we reach the desired result.
Can I work with you on multiple projects at the same time?
You can submit as many requests as needed for all of your projects, but I focus on one request at a time to ensure the best quality. Once a request is completed, I’ll proceed with the next one in your queue.
What if I only have a single request?
If you only have a single request and don’t need ongoing services for a while, You can pause your membership after that request is completed.
This way, you only pay for the design work you need, and there’s no need to keep the membership active if you’re not ready for another request. Just reach out when you're ready to continue, and we’ll pick up from there!
How can I pause my membership? How does it work?
If you need to pause your membership, just let me know! When you pause, I’ll hold off on starting any new design requests, but any ongoing projects will be completed before the pause takes effect. You can pause your membership for as long as you need and resume whenever you're ready to continue.
Example: If you sign up and use the service for 15 days within our 31-day billing cycle, and then decide to pause your membership, your billing cycle will be paused. After the pause, you’ll have 16 days of service remaining, which you can use whenever you're ready. When you resume, the remaining days will be applied to the next 31-day billing cycle, allowing you to continue without losing any unused days.
Who is the team behind the design services?
It’s just me! I run the entire business, so you’ll always be working directly with me for all your design needs. Occasionally, I may bring on trusted freelancers or assistants to help with specific projects, but I remain your main point of contact throughout the process. This ensures quality and consistency in every design delivered.
How your service work without a contract?
While there’s no formal contract to lock you in, there are still legal protections in place through the following:
- Terms and Conditions: When you sign up for the service, you'll agree to basic terms and conditions that outline how the membership works, the scope of the design services, payment terms, and what’s included. This serves as a legal framework for the relationship.
- Payment Agreement: By subscribing to the service, you agree to pay a monthly fee for access to design services. This payment structure is governed by simple, standard invoicing and billing practices, which legally bind both parties to the agreed exchange of services and payment.
- Consumer Protection Laws: Local consumer protection laws safeguard both you and your business. Clients are entitled to the services offered under the terms, and I’m bound to deliver those services as promised. This ensures a fair and professional working relationship.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with the deliverables?
If you’re not satisfied with the deliverables, I’m here to make it right. I offer unlimited revisions to ensure the design meets your expectations. You can share your feedback, and I’ll work with you to adjust the design until it aligns with your vision.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of the service and the time commitment, I don’t offer refunds. However, I am committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every project.
